Speaking of Katy Perry..

This song is off the chain. Seriously, it gets me pumped hardcore. If this song doesn't make you get up and dance, somethin' is wrong with you. The woman has a ridiculous amount of talent.

And who doesn't love three six mafia, right? Right.

My daughter has been singing this ALL day. Lol.

I actually kind of like it, too. So..it's on my ipod now.

Oh. And for those of you who are actually having to buy songs off iTunes..you are dumb. Sorry. But you can get ANY song for free with an mp3 converter. Which is why this is totally a freebies post.

And plus we love Katy Perry 'round here.

Rimmel London US Stay Matte Liquid Mousse Foundation Review.

Ok, y'all! I got my #StayMatte voxbox from Influenster Tuesday. Sorry I'm just getting around to doing the review in my blog, but I've been crazy busy, so here goes.

I wanna start off by thanking Influenster and Rimmel London US for sending me this great product. I feel very lucky and privileged to try this stuff out. :)

The VoxBox had just the foundation in it, and the Influenster card. I heard that some other people got a bonus gift of mascara. Would've been nice to get that too, but it's no biggie. The foundation container was a tube, not a bottle (which is what I'm used to seeing).  The shade I got was #103 true ivory. The description on the tube says it's a feather-light, liquid mousse that blends flawlessly for natural-looking, all day shine control. It's silky smooth formula leaves a perfectly matte, baby-soft finish. It's lightweight texture won't feel heavy or greasy.

I'm not used to this type of foundation so I didn't really know what to expect. I used my fingertips to apply it, and didn't need to use a lot to get full coverage, which is good because I don't use a lot anyway. It blends well, and luckily matched my skin tone. It feels light on my face, but I wouldn't say that it's light-feeling coming out of the tube. It looks quite thick, so a little goes a long way. It does have a smooth, soft, matte finish. It didn't feel cake-ish at all. I actually made a two-part youtube video, and there's a huge difference in the before and after shots. It made my skin look really flawless, even though I had some blemishes on my face.

My only real issue with the foundation is that after a couple hours, there really wasn't much shine control. My skin did look a bit oily/shiny, so I had to apply a little powder. Don't apply more of the foundation because you will get a cakey look.

I'm not sure how it would look if I had applied it with sponges or a foundation brush, but I think it looked fine just by using my fingers.

Here's my video review. My face looks AMAZING after I applied the foundation compared to how it looked in the beginning of the video.

Anyway, despite the shinyness, I still really love the product, and not just because it's free. It's because it makes my skin look amazing. So thanks again for my VoxBox!

***I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.***

Freebies.

And honestly, this isn't even all of them. I've got a mini-crate FULL of stuff, plus there's samples that I've used that I never took a photo of..but you get the idea. I have a lot of them. It's an obsession. A compulsion. I crave samples, deals, coupons, and all things free.

I know, I have a problem.
